Jeff McCarthy is bringing the good stuff to the people of Greensboro, North Carolina.  Bread from his new microbakery is popping up at farmers markets and being dropped off via a new subscription service. And he's also caring for two kids as a stay at home dad at the same time.

In this episode, Mark learns about Jeff's wild and crazy journey in food and pastry before getting bitten by the bread bug, what it's like baking in your mother in law's kitchen and why a babysitter will likely be his first bakery employee.  It's a fun chat with a very interesting fellow.
